Not to be confused with the classic Devo ditty, “Whip It,” the Whip In is a destination in Austin that’s become a classic for it’s amazing beer and wine selection, Texas meets Gujarat-style snacks and soooo much more. There’s something in Austin’s DNA that breeds convenience stores with attitude. Sure you could come here and pick up a pack of smokes and six pack of something cold, but you’d be missing out on what makes the Whip In so brilliant. I mean, what other fast stop place has live music and an in-house brewery? None I tell you.
