What would happen if you took a 7 Eleven, refitted it with warm lighting and an orange cooler, featured organic and locally-sourced products and had a staff that occasionally zoomed around on roller skates? You would have Thom’s Market. Situated in a primo location on the way to Barton Springs, Thom’s is not only convenient like a quick stop place, but offers all the amenities of a much bigger store. As a topper, it’s owned by a family who make you feel like you’re walking into a friends house. I’m thinking the only thing that could make Thom’s better would be to offer roller skating lessons with purchase.
